Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@milletbakehouse.com.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Description of the issue

Refund Process

Once we verify your claim, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or consumed
  • Products returned after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
